Cormar Fairisle Stair Runner and Abingdon Bedroom Carpets

This project involved a full carpet installation throughout a beautiful family home, using Cormar Carpets Pimlico in the Calico colourway to create a soft, neutral finish across the property.

With approximately 160 square metres of carpet fitted, the installation included multiple rooms, hallways and connecting areas, creating a consistent look throughout the home.

The Brief

The aim was to replace the existing flooring throughout the property with a high-quality carpet that would provide a comfortable, stylish finish while working seamlessly across a number of different rooms.

The customer wanted a neutral carpet that would complement the existing interior design, while also ensuring a durable and practical finish for everyday family living.

Our Approach

We supplied and fitted Cormar Pimlico in Calico, carefully installing the carpet throughout the property to achieve a consistent finish from room to room.

As part of the preparation work, we fitted new 9mm commercial high-density underlay and gripper to provide a strong foundation, improve comfort underfoot and help maximise the lifespan of the carpet.

The customer supplied their own brass door bars, which we professionally installed to complete the transitions between areas and create a polished final finish.

Every detail was considered during the installation to ensure the carpet followed the layout of the home perfectly, including neat finishing around doorways and connecting spaces.

The Result

The completed installation has transformed the home with a light, comfortable and timeless carpet finish throughout.
