February 2024 I contacted Harry again about some flooring for my hall, kitchen, under stairs and cloakroom where I was referred to Kai who specialises in hard flooring. First class service once again, super efficient and professional. I chose Karndean and am delighted. I would highly recommend Kai and his team who did a fantastic job. April 2023 Andy, Harry and Brian fitted carpets today in my lounge, stairs, landing and bedroom which all look fantastic. I would highly recommend them. Kai and his team did an amazing job replacing the carpets with LVT across two entire floors of our house. Kai also massively helped us out and was accommodating when we changed our mind on the planks we chose and also when there was a leak issue which meant they had to come back a different day to finish the job. The quality of their work is very high and we are super happy with the results. Kai and his team were punctual, professional and polite. They seemed too good to be true - but having had carpets laid in all bedrooms, I can now safely say the Smyth carpet team are all truly top notch. If Google had a 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ option - I would definitely go for that. In fact 100 ⭐️s wouldn’t be enough! I was probably a tricky customer, changing my mind about colour and carpet type, choosing a different colour in each room, asking for split timings for the fittings, wanting to vacuum thoroughly before and after laying - but nothing felt like too much trouble for Harry and the team. The furniture moving service was a life-saver. I wouldn’t have managed it otherwise. Good, old-fashioned personal customer service combined with a great price is a winning combo.
