Bespoke Polyflor Camaro Parquet Flooring Installation

This bespoke flooring project in Brighton & Hove showcases the level of detail and craftsmanship that goes into creating a truly unique floor.

Originally completed six years ago, we returned to the property to photograph the finished installation after being invited back for further flooring work. The project features Polyflor Camaro LVT, transformed into a custom parquet-style design to suit the customer’s exact requirements.

The Brief

The customer wanted a parquet-style floor but was unable to find a suitable plank size that matched their vision.

Rather than compromising on the design, we created a bespoke solution by adapting the flooring to achieve the exact look and proportions required for the space.

Our Approach

To bring the customer’s idea to life, we carefully modified the Polyflor Camaro planks by hand.

The work involved:

  • Hand cutting the planks to the required size
  • Guillotining each piece for accuracy
  • Re-bevelling the edges to create the desired finish
  • Installing the flooring throughout the open-plan living spaces

The result required careful planning and attention to detail, ensuring the custom parquet pattern flowed naturally throughout the property.

The Result

The finished floor creates a striking and contemporary parquet effect that perfectly complements the home’s modern interior.

This project demonstrates the benefit of working with an experienced flooring team who can create bespoke solutions when standard options do not quite meet the brief.

Six years after the original installation, the flooring still looks fantastic and we were delighted to return to capture the finished result.
