We contacted Smyth Carpets after explaining that we were trying to get our son’s room sorted before our baby arrives, but were working with a very limited budget. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us and doing us a fantastic deal with everything included. From the very beginning, their communication was brilliant. They always got back to us quickly, kept us updated and arranged everything in a really short turnaround. They were professional, friendly, worked really neatly and tidied everything up afterwards. The carpet looks fantastic! We genuinely can’t thank Smyth Carpets enough for the kindness and help they showed us. They went above and beyond, and we are so grateful. We would highly recommend them, thank you so much!

Kai and his team were so helpful, efficient and professional. In just one day they transformed the Living Room, removing furniture, the old threadbare carpet and laying the new floor.

We reached out to Harry as we wanted a stair runner. Him and his term were friendly, excellent at communicating and made a lot of effort to work around our timings/requirements. We are very pleased with how the stair runner looks and would highly recommend their service.

Smyth Carpets were recommended by a neighbour in Hassocks. Harry was prompt and always happy to answer any questions we had. The installation ran smoothly, and the team laid the carpet really well. We are super happy with the finished result. The team were friendly and professional throughout. We plan to get more carpet laid in the near future, and there is no doubt that we will ask Smyth Carpets to do this!

Great company. Very reasonable pricing. Did vinyl and carpet at my house with some very awkward angles and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended
